Resilient Faith
In Isaiah 40:30, it says:
“Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
The Bible is filled with promises from God.
The Bible is a book of hope. It’s filled with promises from God, and if you’re not seeing the results you want in your life then it’s time to turn back to those promises for more insight.
The Bible is a book of love. God loves us so much that He sent His son Jesus Christ as payment for our sins and for the forgiveness we need in order to be reconciled with Him. He wants us all to have an eternity with Him someday, but in order to get there we must accept His gift of salvation through faith just as many people have done before us—and still do today!
The Bible is also full of life-changing truths that can help anyone make sense out of their circumstances or situations when they don’t seem clear at first glance because they may seem difficult or even impossible at times due to whatever situation might arise during each person’s unique journey through life on earth — but no matter what happens or how dark things might seem right now…there will always be light ahead!
When you are tempted to give up on your faith during challenging times, pause for a moment and count your blessings.
When you are tempted to give up on your faith during challenging times, pause for a moment and count your blessings. God is with you. God will never leave you. God will always be there for you. He is your strength, hope, comfort, peace and joy! Even when circumstances seem overwhelming (or even hopeless), He is ever present listening to our prayers with compassion and love as we confide in Him our pain or sorrows that burden our hearts and mind at the time.
The Bible tells us in Isaiah 40:28 that “those who trust in the Lord shall find new strength”. If any doubt persists about whether God hears the cries of His children then remember that Jesus said: “Don’t worry about how or what you will say; just say it” (Matthew 10:19). When we trust Him completely then everything else falls into place automatically because His power works through us when we allow Him access into our lives through prayer – something so simple yet so powerful!
When we are at our worst, God is at his best. He uses our weaknesses to show His strength.
When we are at our worst, God is at his best. He uses our weaknesses to show His strength. As you face challenges in life, here are some thoughts to keep in mind:
- God never abandons us.
- When you feel alone, remember that God is always with you—even when others may not be able to see Him or believe in Him.
- You can trust that you will get through anything if God allows it because He knows what your purpose is and how it connects with His plans for the world (Jeremiah 29:11).
Here’s how you can implement faith-based coping skills into your life:
Here’s how to start:
- Write down a list of things you are grateful for. Start with one or two and add more as you think of them. Keep this list somewhere you can see it regularly, like on your fridge door or bulletin board in your office. This helps keep your mind focused on positive things and reminds you that good things are happening every day!
- Prayer is an important aspect of faith-based coping because it allows us to communicate directly with God, who knows what’s best for us in any situation and will guide us through it if we let him know our needs and wants.
The best thing you can do is not give up on God. He will always be there for you, even when your own strength fails.
